About
20+ years building and securing infrastructure across 3 continents. From enterprise networks in Ireland to cloud architecture in Asia, I've architected systems across Europe and Asia — from startup engineering in Sweden to founding my own consultancy in Thailand.
Today I build at the intersection of robust infrastructure and AI systems — RAG pipelines with hybrid search, knowledge graphs that actually understand context, and self-hosted LLM deployments that keep your data yours.
I don't just integrate AI — I build the full stack under it. PostgreSQL + pgvector for embeddings, Neo4j for knowledge graphs, cross-encoder reranking, GPU-accelerated ML APIs. The kind of systems that make retrieval feel like memory, not search.
Based in Thailand, working globally. Fluent in 5 languages. Powered by coffee, curiosity, and an unreasonable love for well-configured infrastructure.
Journey
Network security consulting, then independent. Founded Carnival DevOps in Bangkok: infrastructure architecture, managed monitoring (Ferris), AI/RAG systems (Recall) and Odoo ERP for clients in Southeast Asia and Europe.
HK-registered consultancy, operated remotely. Enterprise clients across Asia and Europe. Ten years building and managing infrastructure at scale: virtualisation, networks, security, ERP.
Startup world. Full-stack infrastructure for a Nordic development studio. Subcontracted to Ogilvy Stockholm for DHL.
QA, technical support, then third-level support engineering. Enterprise IT at scale, and the first pager.
Master's degree in Biology and Biochemistry. First tech job at CompuServe. Started in science, ended in servers.
What I'm building

Self-hosted memory layer for AI agents. A 4-stage retrieval pipeline — BM25 + semantic search, cross-encoder reranking, recency scoring and knowledge-graph boosting — with conflict detection, document distillation and an MCP server exposing 31 tools to Claude Code.
White-label managed monitoring stack for customer sites: metrics, alerting, probes, dashboards, endpoint inventory and patching, floor plans, auto-healing and monthly expert reports. One Docker Compose stack, one configuration file, validated before deploy.
GPU-accelerated embeddings, cross-encoder reranking and NER served as a standalone FastAPI service on AMD ROCm and NVIDIA hardware, behind a Proxmox cluster of LXC containers with one job per card.
